Delivery and Postage
Our terrariums are live succulent arrangements made with real soils, sands, pebbles, and plants. As such, we are limited with what we can send in the post. We have the following delivery options available:
Delivery to Newcastle, and North Lake Macquarie $15 Before ordering, please check that your suburb is listed in the available suburbs at the bottom of this page. Your order will generally be delivered within 3-5 business days of ordering. We do not deliver on the weekends.
Delivery to Maitland and Other Local Suburbs $15 - Before ordering, please check that your suburb is listed in the available suburbs at the bottom of this page. Your order will generally be delivered within 3-5 business days of ordering. We do not deliver on the weekends.
Large orders/corporate orders/wedding favour orders - please contact us to enquire
Australia Post $15 - We can post DIY Kits, and terrarium tools within NSW Australia **Please note that due to the nature of our product, we cannot post any pre-made Terrariums**
Any Kits and terrarium tools being sent via Australia Post will generally be sent within 3-5 business days. If your order is a large or bulk order, the processing time may take longer as all orders are hand made. If you have any concerns about this or require your order urgently, please send us an email at whitespacecrafts@gmail.com
At this point in time we cannot post plants and soils to states other than NSW due to quarantine restrictions. We can however, still post our terrarium tools interstate and overseas.
When you order Online:
You will be sent an automated email both when you make your purchase, and when your order is due for delivery/posted. If you do not see one in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. There will be a delivery date/tracking number listed on your second email, please read it and check for the delivery date/tracking number. If you are not home, your order will be left in a safe place at the drivers discretion and a photo taken as proof of delivery. If there is no where safe to leave your parcel (ie apartments with no access to door) and we have been given no instructions, your item will need to be delivered again you will be charged a redelivery fee.
